At Dinovite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new pieces don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
